Pathways Web Site
The scope of this project involved the delicate redesigning, reformating and reworking of the original website. The original site consisted of frames, which were inadequate for today's search engines. The graphics of the old site were hard to read, non-interactive and unprofessional. The complete redesign offers easier navigation from employer to client services, no frames, more interactive and pleasant design and new graphics and pages.

Placement and Employer Services Brochure
2 divisions merged during the time I was employed at Pathways. The old brochure was outdated, unattractive and did not have the new division nor services that were now offered. This was my biggest project ever that required the most editing, reworking and drafting. The images were purchased as royalty-free from Comstock Images. Meanwhile I learned about printhouse standards, such as bleeding, CMYK values and conversions, file formats, image optimum printing standards, IRIS proofs, brochure formats and other technical specifications. On top of this, the brochure had to maintain professionalism to target potential employers and attract them to call the company office. I worked with a team of five people for content and over 25 revisions until the final draft (15000 copies).

Job Fair Display
This was my first large project at Pathways. The desired outcome was to produce a vivid and attractive display panel that would gear towards Ontario Works clients, but could also be used to promote professionalism to attract potential employers. After 15 revisions the content was finalized and printed on 5mil tradeshow laminate that was adhered to the display board with velcro for easy setup and takedown. The overall display was gigantic, measuring in at 4 feet by 5 feet. It turned out to be very impressive and the quality of the lightjet printing at Forest City Image Centre was incredible.

Bus Poster Ads (2)
This was a simple project. The company's bus posters were around for 2 years and the face of the current poster was getting old. All that was required was to find a new face to represent the services. Pictures and images were searched Royalty-Free under Getty Images . This project is currently in progress and the proofs are found below of the male and female versions. Oh yeah... the image of the male was a bit too provocative... got some of the women in the company drooling! That's mixed blood for ya!

Ontario Works - London: Employment Services Directory
This was the most content focused project of all. The scope of the 26 page booklet was to be sent to all front-line staff of Ontario Works to inform and educate them about the services available within London, Ontario. With over 20 companies and agencies included in the booklet, many phonecalls and faxes were made to receive the most up to date information. Even the city of London logo had to be approved to be placed somewhere in the booklet. Over 15 revisions have been made with the Ontario Works director and is almost ready to be printed. Layout was key in this project.

Job Search Strategy Workshop Card
The scope of this project was to market to and remind clients to attend a 10 day job search workshop. The card had to be a simple design to fit in a regular envelope, but also large enough to be carried in hand when leaving an appointment. This card was mass produced in black and white on cardstock at Kwik Kopy Printing.

This pamphlet was simply to replace the old and outdated one. It includes a tear-off sheet for administrative purposes.
